Shirin Dehghan

Shirin is Co-Founder and CEO of Oxford Algorithms. She is responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of the business. She has a M.Eng in Electronics and a background in technology start-ups and investment. She was the co-founder and CEO of location-aware network optimisation firm Arieso, and NED at Skimlinks, Chairwoman at Opensignal and was also formerly an Operating Partner of Frog Capital, a VC fund that invests in software tech companies in Europe.

In her own words: “I have a massive weakness in that once I decide to be involved in a company, it has no choice but to succeed. So far whatever I have been closely involved with seems to do just that. Initially, I thought this could just be luck but over the years I have come to appreciate and believe in the strengths I bring to a company.”
